A zilla is a unit of indian democracy, the equivalent of a zone of village(s). Mukka, can you give me the exact defintion? I couldn't find any net resources for the word 'zilla'.

A Zilla is the Indian equivalent of a district, ranked higher than the Taluka(~County) and the Grama (Village).
